This morning we were sent an email from the wonderful team over at BetaList, informing us that we’ve been featured!
This, to us, is a huge accomplishment not just within itself (being featured), but within the rate of interest from the social community and beyond. Throughout the majority of the reading (and watching) that I’ve conducted on startups (and how to properly run one) over the past couple years, the takeaway always appears to lead to testing your startup in the real world by means of allowing the community to judge something. AKA, early access, AKA beta sites.
So far, at the time of this post, we have one of the largest amounts of likes on our feature post on social media sent from @BetaList. On the other hand, we’ve also established several early access signups. These area great indicators that both make us happy and a teeny bit worried. Yes, we believe in our product but we’re still a bit nervous.
Maybe it all boils down to wanting to provide such a great product and service that we’re sweating it. Maybe it’s the thousands of lines of code. Or perhaps it’s our sophisticated infrastructure setup. What we do know 100% is that we really care and I definitely have given my all, quite literally, for the past year and a half. I even quit my 6 figure job to work on Socialius. I love what I’m doing.
Thank you all and we hope to see you soon within our Socialius Dashboard.
